[Resellers-list] Service calculations and credit REDUX

After posting the notice regarding the calculated impact of the 
distinct DOS attacks and sending the same notice to the various mailing 
lists we maintain for clients, we encountered a problem: at a rate of 
10-1,  in the forums and in the helpdesk, clients were rejecting the 
credit offer (see 
http://forums.hostmatters.com/showthread.php?threadid=10229 for an 
example of this).

  Since we have extended the offer, and since it is very difficult to 
keep track of the long and growing list of people who have rejected the 
credit, we will let people claim it on a voluntary basis. If you'd like 
to avail yourself of this credit and have it applied to your account, 
please contact us via the helpdesk to request it. Credits will be 
applied to accounts prior to the next invoicing so that they will 
appear on the invoice itself instead of requiring a manual edit as 
noted in the original announcement.
