As many of you are aware, from time to time we have rolled out free upgrades
to account resources, including disk space and transfer.

We're at it again.

This time, it's a bit different. Instead of one or two pieces of an account
being upgraded, the upgrades this time will encompass the entire account.

Beginning this evening, we will be upgrading all accounts to the resources
of the next package. Thus, if the resources for one of your resolds are
currently attached to the RB1000, the new package will be the RB1000N, which
has the resources of the current S2000 package.

What action is required on your part? None. We will handle the upgrades as
well as the reassignment of any additional resources already ordered (i.e.,
accounts with additional space already will still see that additional space
when we've completed the rollouts). Accounts that you set up between the
time of the announcement and the conversion of any server(s) where you have
accounts will be upgraded as we make our way through the list.

Should you upgrade accounts on your own to the next level prior to
conversion? Please do not do this unless you intend for the account to be
billed at the new package type. We have multiple people working on the
conversions, and accounts will be reassigned to their new equivalents as
they exist on the servers at the time that server is converted. If you
upgrade an account to a new package prior to conversion, it will be billed
at the level you selected for the upgrade.

How long before you see the new package for your account? This depends on
how long it takes us to work through each server to adjust all the accounts.
We expect that given the number of servers, it will take some time, but
everyone will see an upgrade.

As with all of the upgrade rollouts we've done in the past, there will be no
change in billing - you'll just see more resources at no cost. It's simply
our way of expressing our thanks to everyone.

If you have any questions related to this announcement, please feel free to
contact support via the usual means.

Regards,

Annette
