Below is a step-by-step guide to help you verify if you are set up for credit card auto-payments for your hosting services and domain renewals at EntirelyDigital:


1. Log In to the Customer Portal

  1. Go to the Customer Care portal:
    https://www.entirelydigital.com/manage/clientarea.php

  2. Log in with your username and password:

    • Your username is the email address tied to your account.
    • If you have forgotten your password, use the "Request a Password Reset" function.
  3. If you are having issues logging into our customer portal, please review this Knowledge Base article.

2. Review Your Services

  1. Once logged in, click on the Services icon near the top of the portal page.
  2. Find the service in question, then click the Status icon to view details.
  3. In the service details, look for the Billing Overview section to view your current payment method.

3. Review Your Domain Names

  1. In the portal, click on the Domains icon near the top of the page.
  2. Locate the domain name you want to review, then click the Status icon to view details.
  3. In the domain details, check the Billing Overview section to see your current payment method.

4. Verify Your Payment Method

  1. From the top menu, select Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Here, you can confirm if you have a valid credit card on file.

5. How the system works:

  1. If your services or domain names are set for credit card billing and you have a valid credit card on file, our system will automatically attempt to auto-pay invoices on their due date.
  2. Each attempt for auto-payment will trigger an email receipt, so that you can see the result and have a record for your files
