How much does the reseller plan cost?
The reseller plan is $20.00 per month plus the the cost of each plan that you resell.
Will Hosting Matters bill my clients for me?
Resellers are responsible for providing billing services to their clients.
Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Can I use my own nameservers? Is there an additional cost?
You can use your nameservers or ours. There is no additional cost for using your own, and nameservers can be assigned on request. Resellers are responsible for registering their own nameservers through the registrar with whom they registered their domain. If the domain for the nameservers was registered trough us, we will register the nameservers for you.
I have a reseller account elsewhere and I’d like to move to Hosting Matters. Can you match that plan and help with migration?
We can match most reseller packages and assist with migrations into the network. Contact us with the details and we’ll be happy to discuss it.
What forms of payment do you accept from resellers?
We only accept payment from resellers via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or Paypal.
Is the 30-day money back guarantee good for resold accounts?
Our 30-day guarantee is valid on all accounts through us, either direct or resold. Resellers are encouraged to offer the same guarantee to their customers.
How long will it take for my resold accounts to be set up?
Resold accounts can be set up instantly via the reseller control panel (WHM).
Will Hosting Matters provide support to my clients?
Resellers are responsible for providing first level support to their clients. Issues that cannot be addressed by the reseller, or issues for which the reseller may need more assistance should be directed to the helpdesk.
Do the resold accounts use the resources provided for my account?
Each resold account will have its own resources and control panel, and does not share the resources of the reseller account itself.
